Interior Designer

We are seeking a self-motivated, Interior Designer to join our boutique interior design firm. Candidate must be a graduate in the field of interior design or a related field. Sketch Up or industry software related experience preferred. Candidate must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment. Compensation will commiserate with experience and qualifications. Job Duties

• Create Design concepts and research materials including furniture, fabrics, lighting, accessories, etc. Procure design materials for project while adhering to the project’s predetermined budget and expectations
• Prepare design presentations and partake in client, contractor and vendor meetings
• Scheduling and track project time lines with Design Team
• Coordinate and manage installations and deliveries with Director of Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with developing design concepts
• Proficiency using AutoCAD or Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment that requires multi-tasking
• Ability to clearly and succinctly present design concepts both internally and externally
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
